• How Clothex works?

  Clothex allows users, buyers, stylists, boutiques, and convenience stores to publish their items to the global platform where everyone else can see and like them. We offer direct exchange if the preferences are mutual. To verify the authenticity of each item involved in the exchange, we ask the parties to send us the item for verification, or we will do this on the road in the presence of each party. As long as both items meet the stated requirements, we send them to the new owners, otherwise we return or request that you pick them up yourself, or leave them for storage or further exchange (pre-verified items).

  Clothex strives to be the only place to update your wardrobe. Everyone will benefit from the fact that we will prolong the life of our clothes. We are global, bargain, convenient, responsible and environmentally friendly.

• Why can't I edit the item after submitting?

  The item may have already been seen and liked by other users as you posted it. We recommend that you carefully check the photo and description of the item before submitting it. If an error is found after uploading, we suggest that you delete it and reupload it.

• What items should I upload to Clothex?

  It is critical that the items meet the requirements. They must be authentic. We are currently working on clothes, shoes, accessories, jewelry. Our recommendation is to upload brand-new or mildly used, second-hand items without odors (cigarette smoke, perfume, pets, naphthalene odors, etc.) without stains (traces of sweat, traces of makeup, stains from food / water, etc.), nor damaged (holes, extensions, missing / broken parts, like buttons or brand labels, etc.). You must upload photos of items to be listed that meet the following criteria: well-lit, without unnecessary objects, clear, don't distort colors, don't contain personal information, etc.

  We usually part with clothes for the following reasons: the item no longer reflects my style, it is no longer "fashionable", I have too many clothes, or my clothes are too old. Clothex will give a new life to everything we usually give away, donate, throw away, or try to sell at a big discount.

• What are the benefits of subscribing?

  Our subscription service allows you to upload your items, share them with others, remove advertising, update your wardrobe daily, and exchange items with our wide community.

• Is every item authentic?

  In addition to human and digital moderation, we perform expert moderating immediately before the exchange to ensure that the items are authentic.

• When an item is found to be fake, what happens?

  Users are suspended until circumstances are clarified or permanently banned, and their right to upload is revoked. The item does not fall into listing and is permanently deleted, and the user's right to upload is revoked. We take the moderation process seriously because counterfeit and replica items are strictly prohibited by the Terms of Use.
